Bridge Design Graphics Programs

Windows Graphics Programs

GDOT’s Deck Sections and Concrete Bent programs are available for download. These programs require Microstation J, GDOT Bridge Design Microstation Customization, and the latest cell library.

Please Note: Structural Consultants are responsible for checking this site for current information, drawing, programs and MicroStation Customizations.

Also available are the Pile Bent graphics program (also does end bents) and the Windows program BRNOTES05 which generates bridge general notes. There is a link to these as well as all of the old VAX programs on the Bridge Engineering Software page.

Support

Support Page for GDOT Bridge Engineering Programs and Basic Drawings.

The Office of Bridge and Structural Design's programs require that the files be installed in their default location. The programs will not work properly if the folder and/or file structure is changed. If requests for support are submitted, the first check will be of the folder and/or file structure. If the folder and/or file structure has been changed, the user will be required to reinstall GDOT's programs.

MicroStation Customization

The Office of Bridge and Structural Design uses MicroStation/J. Structural Consultants working on GDOT Contracts are required to use MicroStation/J with the Office of Bridge and Structural Design's MicroStation Customization. The latest cell library is also available on this page, installing over the Microstation Customization.

The Office of Bridge and Structural Design's MicroStation Customization files includes a folder structure that is required to be on the C:\ Drive along with the "Bentley" folder.
