2012 DBE Disparity Study Report (Draft) This study analyzes the participation of Minority (MBE) / Women-Owned (WBE) firms, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in GDOT’s construction and engineering contracts from 2009 through June 2011.
